  • Orders for ready-made items are typically processed within 2–5 business days
  • Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and secure packaging
2.2 Handmade & Custom Products
  • Handmade and custom-made items require additional production time
  • Production timelines vary based on design complexity, materials, and artist workload
  • Estimated timelines are provided during order placement or via follow-up communication

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated delivery timelines depend on destination and shipping method:

  • Within Ghana: 2–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance)
