1. Ordering & Payments

A: Browse our collections of original artworks, handmade crafts, or DIY materials, select your desired product, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout, provide your shipping details, and complete the payment using our secure payment gateways.
Q2: What payment methods are accepted?
A: Golden Hands Art accepts all major credit/debit cards, mobile money (where applicable), and other secure online payment methods through our certified third-party gateways.
Q3: Can I cancel an order?

Q4: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All payments are processed via secure, encrypted channels, and Golden Hands Art does not store full card details. For more details, see our Security Practices page.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q1: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Within Ghana: 2–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance)
Handmade or custom items may require additional production time.
Q2: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs depend on the product’s size, weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. Fees are displayed at checkout. International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Q3: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also view your order status in your user dashboard.
Q4: What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
A: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details at info@goldenhandsart.com. We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
3. Returns & Refunds
Q1: Can I return a handmade or custom product?

Q2: How long will a refund take?
A: Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
4. Artists & Sellers
Q1: How do I sell my art on Golden Hands Art?
A: Create an artist account, complete your profile, and submit your products for listing. All submissions are reviewed to ensure quality, authenticity, and compliance with our platform guidelines.
Q2: How are artists paid?
A: Artists receive payments via their selected payment method once an order is fulfilled. Payment schedules and settlements are detailed in the Billing & Settlements section of the platform.
Q3: Who is responsible for taxes?
A: Artists are responsible for their own tax obligations. Golden Hands Art complies with Ghanaian tax regulations and provides payment records for reporting purposes.
5. Account & Privacy
Q1: How do I create an account?
A: Click Sign Up, provide your name, email, and password, and follow the verification steps. You can also sign up as an artist to sell your creations.
Q2: How do I delete my account or data?
A: Submit a request to info@goldenhandsart.com. Your account and personal data will typically be removed within 30 days, except for information we are legally required to retain.
Q3: How is my data protected?
